Job summary

Watercare Services Limited in New Zealand seeks a Senior Project Engineer based in Warkworth to lead construction supervision and engineering delivery across civil, tunnelling, mechanical and electrical works within water and wastewater infrastructure. You will collaborate with contractors, consultants, project teams and Operations to ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires seven+ years in construction or water engineering, with tunnelling or underground experience highly

Qualifications

Seven+ years in construction, infrastructure or water engineering.
Experience with tunnelling or underground infrastructure is highly regarded.
Strong supervision and project engineering capabilities.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on construction supervision and engineering support across civil, tunnelling, mechanical and electrical works.
Review construction drawings, programmes, methodologies and designs for constructability and risk.
Work with contractors, consultants and operations to resolve issues and keep delivery moving.
Support project and contract management activities including contractor submissions and project reporting.
