Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in utilities construction.
• Experience in NZS 3910, Contracts and Claims.

Responsibilities

• Full supervision and organisation of all subcontractors, labour, plant and materials required to construct the project.
• Experience with contractual documentation, NZS 3910, and required documentation, communications and reporting.
• Financial responsibility for cost controls and project budgets; monitor costs vs budgets.
• Price contracts up to $100,000 and variations on a first principles basis.
• On-site supervision to drive productivity, ensure H&S, quality and environment standards.
