Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project engineering/management for chemical plants.
• Proven ability to lead complex capital projects from initiation to close-out.
• Knowledge of PMI/PRINCE2, risk management, cost control, and contract negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, procurement and construction phases of chemical facility projects.
• Define scope, timelines and budgets aligned with business goals.
• Manage project teams and stakeholders for effective collaboration.
• Ensure designs comply with engineering standards, safety and environmental regulations.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; monitor KPIs and report to senior management.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery and quality.
