Job summary

Aderant is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful, commercially effective end-to-end delivery of complex Aderant implementations for mid-to-large law firms. You will own delivery outcomes across consulting, technical delivery, data migration, and integrations, guiding multi-workstream programmes with executive governance.

Qualifications

5+ years delivering complex enterprise software implementations.
Experience managing budgets, scope, and stakeholder relationships.
Strong client-facing and executive stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of Aderant solutions across the full project lifecycle.
Act as the primary client delivery lead and escalation owner.
Direct cross-functional delivery teams across Consulting, Technical, Cloud Ops, Data, and Product.
Manage project financials, including budget forecasting and margin protection.
Apply hybrid Agile / waterfall delivery methodology to suit project context.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior PMs and consultants.
