Job summary

AIA New Zealand seeks an Enterprise Delivery Programme Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of major business and technology initiatives, partnering with sponsors, leaders and delivery teams, and coordinating with external partners to achieve shared outcomes across complex programmes.

Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Delivery, you will balance governance, risk and value realization, navigate complexity, manage dependencies and ensure alignment across multiple initiatives to deliver measurable
