The Access Group in Auckland, New Zealand, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst & Product Owner to lead product development cycles, coordinate design and engineering teams, and translate business objectives into outstanding user experiences for a global customer base.

You will report to senior leadership, collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and the Research/Insights teams, and help plan releases, launches, and analytics to validate experiments.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree plus several years experience in project management, business analysis, information architecture or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• Extensive experience of leading design and development practices within a UX design or digital product or services company.
• Have a great understanding of the concepts of product development, and user experience design as they relate to digital product and service design.
• Have a foundation of software engineering fundamentals such as database models, and software architecture.
• Love coordinating and planning work, orchestrating teams to do amazing things.
• Enjoy participating in a high performance team-oriented environment to deliver sophisticated digital solutions.
• Can serve as a subject matter expert as well as coach others in project management, delivery and release planning and launch activity.
• Are highly organised with great attention to detail.
• Have excellent written and verbal communications skills.
