Job summary

The Access Group is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join the Unleashed team in a blended Auckland office setup. You will shape product direction, gather requirements from stakeholders, and translate them into a well-prioritized backlog while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.

You will work within an Agile environment, participate in sprint ceremonies, monitor product performance, and ensure the product delivers exceptional user experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in SaaS product management.
• Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge.
• Ability to translate customer needs into clear requirements.
• Excellent communication with cross-functional teams.
• Growth mindset and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Influence product vision and strategy aligned to business goals.
• Gather and prioritize stakeholder requirements.
• Create and maintain product backlog and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with development teams during sprints.
• Monitor product performance using key metrics.
• Communicate roadmap, features and bugs to engineers and stakeholders.
• Lead ceremonies and ensure timely delivery.
