- Strong capability in requirements elicitation, process analysis and solution definition.
- Experience across agile, hybrid and waterfall delivery with rigor.
- Ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and explain trade-offs.
- Comfort in details with delivery and technology teams.
- Experience with enterprise systems, data platforms, digital or ERP transformations is valuable.
- Curious about AI and willing to adopt AI-enabled tools to improve productivity.
Responsibilities
- Lead analysis across complex tech and business change from discovery to delivery.
- Translate business needs into prioritised, actionable requirements.
- Facilitate workshops to define processes, rules, data and solution needs.
- Collaborate with delivery leads, architects and engineers on design and delivery.
- Support backlog refinement, sprint planning and release readiness.
- Drive testing and change readiness to ensure real-world adoption.
