Job summary

The Access Group in Auckland is seeking an Associate Product Manager to drive product strategy within the Unleashed team. You will translate customer needs into actionable requirements and work with cross-functional teams to deliver value.

You will gather requirements, maintain the backlog, perform market analysis, and report on product performance, while collaborating across engineering and business stakeholders to maximise outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SaaS product management.
• Experience in leading product development processes and frameworks.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum especially.

Responsibilities

• Influence and communicate the product vision and strategy.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders.
• Create and manage the product backlog and ensure visibility.
• Conduct customer/market research to inform decisions.
• Track product performance with key metrics.
• Lead sprint planning and grooming ceremonies.
• Collaborate with development during sprints to clarify requirements.
• Communicate roadmap, features and bugs to teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and escalate risks as needed.
• Ensure high-quality user experiences and timely delivery.
