Job summary

T&G Global Limited is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Auckland to shape, prioritise and deliver business change across technology initiatives. You will partner with business leaders, Product Owners and delivery teams to define problems, requirements and measurable outcomes.

You’ll work across agile, hybrid and traditional delivery environments, employing strong analysis and collaboration to turn ambiguity into clear, actionable solutions and business value.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT-enabled business change.
• Strong capability across requirements elicitation, process analysis and solution definition.
• Comfortable across agile, hybrid and waterfall delivery models.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.
• Open to adopting AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis across complex technology and business change initiatives from discovery through delivery.
• Understand problems, opportunities, requirements and outcomes with stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops to define current and future-state processes and data needs.
• Translate business needs into prioritised, actionable requirements.
• Develop business cases, options, user stories, process maps and functional requirements.
• Partner with delivery leads, architects and technical teams for solution design and delivery.
• Bridge business and technology to clarify problems, solutions and trade-offs.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning and release readiness in agile environments.
• Contribute to testing, implementation and change readiness.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and challenge assumptions.
• Provide evidence to support prioritisation, investment and benefits decisions.
• Strengthen business analysis standards and ways of working across T&G.
• Coach and mentor other Business Analysts and share practical approaches.
