Job summary

KPMG New Zealand is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Architect/Leader to drive end-to-end ERP transformations for clients across New Zealand. The role combines enterprise architecture leadership, platform governance, presales and delivery oversight across Finance, HR, and related modules.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of multiple ERP or major corporate systems implementations with a strong solution architecture focus.
• Minimum five years of substantive Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation experience with enterprise delivery background.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP with Finance and/or HR, plus exposure to adjacent areas such as EPM, Procurement, SCM, or Asset Management.
• Proven experience leading presales and business development activities, including RFP/RFI responses and executive presentations.
• Ability to connect architecture and design to business outcomes, delivery approach and commercial terms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud engagements, covering ERP and related modules across finance, HR and procurement.
• Own solution governance across architecture, configuration, integration, data, environments and security.
• Lead presales, discovery workshops, solution scoping and effort estimation.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Provide platform oversight during delivery and guide cross-functional teams through migration, testing and deployment.
• Shape data migration, integration and reporting approaches including OTBI and analytics.
• Recruit, coach and enable team members, and promote reusable architectures and standards.
• Identify opportunities to apply automation and AI-enabled Oracle capabilities to improve outcomes.
