Job summary

Oracle NZ is seeking an experienced enterprise sales professional to join the Fusion SaaS team. You will build deep relationships within New Zealand Central Government, lead account strategy and drive end-to-end sales for ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM and CX cloud offerings.

You will leverage a broad government network, craft compelling value propositions, and manage multi-resource engagements to close deals while delivering quarterly revenue.

Qualifications

• Five years tenure in complex software and/or SaaS sales roles, ideally engaging senior Public Sector stakeholders such as CFO and CHRO.
• Demonstrable track record of overachievement against sales targets.
• Deep knowledge of New Zealand Central Government procurement processes and key opportunities.
• Experience selling to New Zealand Central Government.
• Existing senior relationships in New Zealand Central Government.
• Self-starter with proven ability to generate new business from cold leads and manage sales engagements to close.
• Experience managing highly complex, competitive sales engagements and customers.
• Ability to articulate a compelling value proposition addressing customer pain points.
• Ability to engage customers at all levels from C-level to business users.
• Understanding of government decision-making processes and ability to influence key decision makers.
• Strong C-level verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customers and prospects.
• Lead account planning, strategy, financial targets, and milestones.
• Manage end-to-end sales processes with Pre-Sales, Consulting and Partners.
• Define ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM and CX value propositions and drive campaigns.
• Position Oracle solutions against competitors in the public sector.
• Develop pipeline through calls, emails and sector knowledge.
• Build a sales pipeline to hit and exceed goals.
• Engage prospects with value-based selling and ROI analysis.
• Forecast quarterly revenue accurately and deliver results.
