Job summary

Oracle Wellington is seeking a Senior Account Manager for Fusion Cloud Applications to lead strategic engagements with New Zealand Central Government customers in Wellington. You will drive end-to-end sales for ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM and CX cloud solutions, building lasting relationships with key stakeholders including CFOs and CHROs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in complex software/SaaS sales engaging NZ Central Government stakeholders (CFO/CHRO preferred).
• Proven track record of overachieving sales targets.
• Deep knowledge of NZ Central Government procurement and decision processes.
• Experience selling to NZ Central Government and existing senior relationships.
• Self-starter with ability to generate new business from cold and close deals.
• Strong C-level communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customers and prospects.
• Lead account planning - account strategy, financial targets, and milestones.
• Lead end-to-end sales process through engagement of Pre-Sales, Consulting and Partner resources.
• Define ERP, EPM & SCM, HCM and CX value propositions and drive campaigns.
• Understand competitive landscape and customer needs to position Oracle Cloud offerings.
• Pipeline development through calls, emails and market sector knowledge.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline to hit and surpass goals.
• Forecast quarterly and deliver revenue.
