Job summary

Oracle NZ is seeking a senior Fusion SaaS Sales professional in Wellington to drive ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM and CX cloud offerings within the New Zealand Central Government market. You will lead long-term account plans, build relationships with senior stakeholders, and manage end-to-end sales cycles with cross-functional teams.

You will develop value propositions, deliver compelling ROI analyses, and grow a robust pipeline to consistently hit revenue targets while navigating complex public sector

Qualifications

• 5 years tenure in complex software and/or SaaS sales roles (verifiable).
• Track record of overachievement against sales targets.
• Deep knowledge of NZ Central Government procurement and processes.
• Experience selling to New Zealand Central Government.
• Existing senior relationships in NZ Central Government.
• Self-starter with a proven record generating new business and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Establish professional relationships with key personnel in customers and prospects.
• Lead account planning including strategy, targets, and milestones.
• Lead end-to-end sales with Pre-Sales, Consulting, and Partners resources.
• Define ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM and CX value propositions for campaigns.
• Understand customer needs and position Oracle cloud offerings.
• Develop pipeline via calls, emails, and market intel.
