Job summary

Oracle in Wellington is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager for Fusion Cloud Applications. You will lead NZ Central Government sales for ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM and CX, building strategic relationships with senior public sector stakeholders and driving revenue growth.

You will manage end-to-end sales processes, define value propositions, coordinate resources, and forecast revenue while navigating complex procurement mechanisms. A strong track record in public sector SaaS sales is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in complex software/SaaS sales roles or similar with senior public sector stakeholders
• Proven track record of overachievement against sales targets
• Deep knowledge of NZ Central Government procurement and decision processes
• Experience selling to NZ Central Government and existing senior relationships

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with key personnel in assigned customers and prospects
• Lead account planning, strategy, targets and milestones
• Manage end-to-end sales process with Pre‑Sales, Consulting and Partner resources
• Define ERP, EPM & SCM, HCM and CX value propositions and drive campaigns
• Understand competitive landscape and position Oracle cloud offerings
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately
