Job summary

The Modern Workplace Manager at TSB leads strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of the modern workplace environment in New Zealand, focusing on end-user experience, productivity and satisfaction. You will head a high-performing team and drive roadmaps and initiatives with strong governance and security practices.

You will remain hands-on, delivering solutions, supporting operations, and resolving issues while managing budgets and vendor contracts to meet organisational priorities.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience operating within ITIL-aligned service environments.
• Proven experience providing technical leadership across Modern Workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365, endpoint management, identity and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Modern Workplace and Service Delivery teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Own and continuously improve end-to-end user experience across workplace technologies.
• Oversee incident, problem, and request processes relating to modern workplace services.
• Ensure platforms are secure, scalable, well-governed, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
