Job summary

Health New Zealand, Te Whatu Ora, seeks a Senior Digital Workspace Engineer to lead design, implementation, and support of modern digital workspace solutions for our workforce. You will guide enterprise environments, ensure secure, reliable services, and drive automation and continuous improvement across endpoint, collaboration, identity, and cloud-based workspace services.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or equivalent in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
7+ years' experience delivering enterprise ICT support and engineering services.
Experience with EUC management platforms such as SCCM/MECM, Group Policy, Intune.
Proven Windows device L2/L3 troubleshooting in large enterprise environments.
Experience with Application Packaging tools and PowerShell scripting.
Proven experience leading technical initiatives across complex IT environments.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and guidance across complex enterprise environments.
Mentor engineers, share knowledge, and contribute to technical standards.
Drive automation, platform improvements, and service optimisation.
Collaborate with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver secure, resilient digital services.
