Job summary

The Warehouse Group is seeking a detail-oriented Modern Workplace Analyst to join its Services & End User Compute team in Auckland. You will support service management processes, reporting, asset/licence administration and continuous improvement across our modern workplace environment.

Reporting to the Service & Modern Workplace Lead, you will help ensure operations run smoothly, data remains accurate and actions are delivered on time, coordinating with technology teams and stakeholders to drive

Qualifications

• Experience supporting operational coordination, project coordination, service management, End User Compute, service desk or technology operations functions.
• Strong administrative, organisational, reporting and coordination skills.
• Experience working with service management tools, operational records and reporting data.
• Ability to analyse data and create dashboards, reports and management updates that translate operational information into clear insights.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records across multiple systems.
• Good understanding of operational processes, controls, SOPs and effective service delivery.
• Experience supporting procurement administration, purchase order processing or fulfilment activities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills with a professional service focus.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, follow up actions and meet agreed deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supporting incident, request, change, problem and escalation management processes.
• Creating and maintaining operational reports, dashboards and visualisations using tools such as Power BI.
• Analysing service, asset and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintaining accurate asset, inventory and CMDB records.
• Supporting device, hardware and mobile lifecycle administration activities.
• Processing purchase orders and supporting technology procurement activities.
• Assisting with software licence administration, renewals and compliance activities.
• Coordinating supplier actions, service requests and operational follow-up.
• Supporting technology projects through milestone tracking, action management and stakeholder communication.
• Reviewing and maintaining operational procedures, SOPs and knowledge documentation.
• Identifying and driving continuous improvement opportunities across technology services and processes.
