Job summary

Fusion5 is seeking a commercially sharp Solution Architect for Dynamics 365 Business Central in New Zealand. You will shape BC engagements, define solution strategies, and lead cross-functional sessions with senior stakeholders. Your role spans design, architecture, and delivery with deep MS stack expertise.

You will drive value through AI, Copilot, and Power Platform, building scalable BC solutions and reusable assets while identifying growth opportunities within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Solution architecture experience in Dynamics 365 BC.
• Functional understanding of BC across Finance, Inventory, Projects, Warehousing/Distribution, Manufacturing, and Reporting.
• Experience presenting to executives and shaping proposals.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, Power Platform and Copilot within the BC context.
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders (C-level) and translate technical concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead BC customer engagements, shaping solution strategy and aligning with objectives and commercial outcomes.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and presentations with business and technical stakeholders to define needs and success criteria.
• Design end-to-end BC solution models across Finance, Inventory, Projects, Warehousing, Manufacturing, and Reporting.
• Architect scalable, fit-for-purpose BC solutions aligned to Microsoft best practice and stack.
• Collaborate across Sales, Architecture, and Delivery to ensure alignment between strategy and delivery.
• Embed AI, automation, and data thinking using Copilot and Power Platform to enhance value.
• Build reusable assets to drive consistency and speed across BC engagements.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within the MS ecosystem.
