Rydges Auckland, part of EVT Group, seeks an Operations Manager to lead restaurant, bar, café, kitchen, conference and housekeeping operations. You will build and inspire a high-performing team, set clear direction and ensure exceptional standards.

In the General Manager’s absence you’ll take full hotel leadership and drive service excellence. The role requires five+ years of senior hospitality leadership, strategic and commercial thinking, and a proven ability to manage multi-outlet operations,

Qualifications

• Five+ years of senior hospitality leadership in guest services or hotel operations.
• Proven strategic and commercial thinking with measurable results.
• Senior leadership in housekeeping or large-scale operations.
• Strong understanding of hotel systems and revenue management.
• Experience driving business development and revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant, bar, café, kitchen, conference and housekeeping operations.
• Motivate and direct a high-performing team with clear goals and accountability.
• Provide overall hotel leadership in the absence of the General Manager.
• Drive operational efficiencies to optimise resources and profitability.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and succession planning across F&B and Housekeeping.
