As our Senior Graphic Designer, you'll play a key role in delivering projects from initial client brief through to final production.
You'll work closely with clients, project managers, sales teams, production specialists, fabricators, engineers, and installers to ensure every design not only looks exceptional but can also be manufactured efficiently and installed successfully.
This role offers genuine variety, technical challenge, and the opportunity to expand your skills beyond traditional graphic design.
Develop creative concepts and visual solutions for clients
Prepare client presentations and design proposals
Produce accurate, production-ready artwork
Design signage systems, wayfinding solutions, environmental graphics, and branding applications
Prepare artwork for large-format digital print and fabrication processes
Liaise with production, engineering, and installation teams
Ensure designs meet technical specifications and manufacturing requirements
Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, accuracy, and deadlines
Support continuous improvement and innovation across the design function
Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, typography, layout, visual communication, and creative problem solving
Advanced proficiency in CorelDRAW
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:
Illustrator
InDesign
Photoshop
Strong vector artwork and production file preparation capabilities
Pre-press requirements
Colour management
Bleed and cut paths
Production artwork preparation
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with:
Vinyl cutting
CNC routing
Laser cutting
Vehicle graphics
Fabricated signage
Wayfinding systems
Environmental graphics
Building and infrastructure projects
Many of our projects extend well beyond traditional graphic design.
Experience with any of the following will be highly advantageous:
CAD software
Technical drawing
Architectural drawings
Dimensioning and scaling
Structural and fabricated design concepts
