We are seeking a talented Architectural Graduate or Architectural Technician, preferably with two or more years’ experience, to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a diverse range of projects across multiple sectors, from commercial and residential to institutional and hospitality. You will work closely with our experienced architects, gaining valuable experience and mentorship while bringing fresh perspectives and ideas to our projects.

Our normal working arrangement is four days in the office and one day working from home, providing a balance of collaboration, connection and flexibility.
Collaborate with project teams to develop design concepts and practical architectural solutions.
Prepare and develop architectural drawings, documentation, renderings, reports and presentations.
Undertake research into materials, products, building codes, regulations and relevant design requirements.
Assist with the coordination of projects and consultants across various project stages.
Participate in site visits, client meetings and project discussions.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative and creative studio environment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, or Diploma in Architectural Technology.
Two or more years’ experience working in a New Zealand architectural practice is preferred.
Proficiency in ArchiCAD, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with Lumion is an advantage.
Working knowledge of the New Zealand Building Code and relevant NZ Standards.
Strong design, documentation and visualization skills.
Excellent communication, organization and teamwork abilities.
An understanding of sustainable design principles and their application to projects is an advantage.
Current New Zealand driver license and access to a vehicle for travel to project sites, client meetings and inspections.
Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
