Job summary

Octavo Group is seeking a Senior Signwriter / Graphics Applicator in Wellington to create and install high-quality signage and graphics for a diverse client base.

The role covers vehicle wraps, building signs, retail displays, and large-format installations, delivering your work on projects that are seen in public spaces and events across New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Signwriting and/or graphics application experience.
• Experience with vehicle graphics, signage, displays, or architectural applications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• A practical problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to travel and work additional hours when required.
• Current driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Fabricating and installing a wide range of signage and graphics.
• Applying vehicle wraps, window graphics, wall graphics, and architectural films.
• Installing displays, lightboxes, dimensional lettering, and signage systems.
• Ensuring all work meets client specifications and Octavo quality standards.
• Working closely with sales, design, production, and project teams.
• Building positive relationships with customers on-site.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace.
• Assisting with production and installation activities as required.
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate.

As a full-time Senior Signwriter / Graphics Applicator, you'll help create and install high-quality signage, graphics, and branded environments for a diverse range of clients.

From vehicle wraps and retail fit-outs to displays, events, and large-scale building and infrastructure, you'll work on projects that make a visible impact every day.

What You'll Be Doing
