We urgently need a Senior Signage Machine Operator who has the ability to work with and manage our specialist software and to develop and train others within our Auckland operations. The role involves working 40 hours per week. Your responsibilities will include the safe, accurate, and efficient operation of CNC routers, laser cutting machines, and press brake/bending equipment, which is used in the manufacture of signage components and related products. You will be working with our unique software programmes in the operation of the CNC Machinery. The role directly reports to our Factory Lead, working with them and others in the team, to produce signs and components in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, schedules and our high-quality standards. There is a high degree of responsibility for your own and others' compliance with health and safety, and for maintaining our specialist machines and their software components. You will be responsible for training and guiding others.
This is a job that requires a high degree of experience and competency, and this is reflected in the remuneration of between $48 and $52 per hour.
