Job summary

ZURU Edge seeks a Senior Digital Specialist to lead global media activation across its consumer brands. You will manage campaign executions and optimize performance across key verticals, collaborating with teams in Auckland and India and leveraging platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Meta, and programmatic channels.

This role focuses on scaled media buying, test-and-learn initiatives, and delivering efficient results to brand marketing teams worldwide, including the US, UK, and NZ markets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or Media.
• Experience with Facebook Business Manager, The Trade Desk, Google ad products and TikTok Ads Manager is optimal, with experience in at least one essential.
• Foundations in Media Buying, Activation, or Programmatic.
• Openness to listen, learn and adapt to always do better.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across teams.
• Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritise, stay organised, and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to take responsibility and accountable for the work of the team.

Responsibilities

• Help build the pathway for ZURU Edge’s best-in-class media team with new processes, platforms and buying strategies.
• Grow, learn and make an impact within a fast-paced global company.
• Learn about all elements of the company and apply knowledge to drive business results.
• Own and maintain the media buying strategy for a portion of ZURU Edge brands and coordinate with Auckland and India-based offices.
• Create, execute and optimise digital paid media campaigns with test-and-learn emphasis, coordinating with the India team.
• Drive reporting of campaigns performance with the Media Planning team and share learnings across the business.
• Drive campaign execution to meet KPIs across Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, Walmart, Target, The Trade Desk and other platforms.
• Challenge current ways of working to adopt new platforms and technologies.
• Grow relationships with tech partners.
