ZURU is seeking a Media Buying Executive to own paid media for the Edge brands, coordinating across TikTok, YouTube, Meta, and The Trade Desk. You will manage budgets, optimise campaigns, and drive performance insights with the India-based team, while building strong relationships with platform reps.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, ownership, and stepping up through a growth path toward leadership, with collaboration across global teams and emerging channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years' hands-on paid media experience.
• Experience with at least one major ad platform; willingness to learn others.
• Strong Excel skills to analyse data and justify decisions.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio ownership – manage paid media strategy for assigned brands.
• Campaign execution & pacing across TikTok, YouTube, Meta, TTD, and more.
• Budget management and optimisation to hit targets.
• Reporting with insights to brand teams and wider business.
• Grow partner relationships with platform reps and drive opportunities.
• Collaborate with India-based team for seamless execution.
• Drive continuous improvement and explore AI tools when ready.
• Mentor newer Coordinators as part of growth path.
