Job summary

Long Bay Surf Club in Auckland is seeking a confident and experienced Senior Floor Team Member to join one of the city's busiest beachfront venues. The role focuses on leading by example during busy service, supporting junior FOH staff, and ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining top service standards.

Ideal candidates will have hospitality/F&B experience, strong guest service skills, and the ability to lead and communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food & beverage in a busy venue.
• Strong customer service and a calm, confident approach.
• Ability to lead by example and support a team.
• Excellent communication and reliability.
• Available for weekends and peak service periods.

Responsibilities

• Leading by example on the floor during busy service periods.
• Supporting and guiding junior FOH team members.
• Assisting management to ensure smooth daily operations.
