Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager specializing in Employee Relations for their Queenstown facility. The role focuses on proactively managing employee relations, addressing grievances, and ensuring fair HR policy application.

You will work with management to resolve conflicts, conduct investigations, and foster a culture of respect and compliance within a demanding environment. This is a full-time onsite position with leadership development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or related field.
• 6+ years in HR with a focus on employee relations.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and IR practices.
• Experience in investigations and conflict resolution.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to promote positive employee relations and a healthy work environment.
• Manage and resolve employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions effectively and impartially.
• Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and policy violations.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and labor law to managers and employees.
• Ensure compliance with South African labor legislation and company regulations.
