Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR Management, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
• 7–10 years HR experience with 3–5 years in management.
• Solid knowledge of SA labour law and HR best practices.
• Experience in talent management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and HRIS.
