Fusion5 in Dunedin, New Zealand is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to lead complex Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform deliveries across the full project lifecycle, from design through to hands-on development, integration, and ongoing support. You will mentor consultants, shape the technical path, own outcomes, and balance customer goals with engineering quality, security, and maintainability.

Qualifications

Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform.
Strong development background with .NET, C#, SQL and integration patterns.
Experience in Agile or hybrid project environments and managing technical scope.
Excellent documentation and handover material capabilities.
Mentoring consultants and leading technical delivery.
AI transformation mindset and ability to identify practical value for clients.
Strong troubleshooting skills and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead technical design and development of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
Run technical workshops to structure complex requirements and integrations.
Design, build, test, and deploy maintainable, scalable solutions.
Collaborate with architects, consultants, developers, testers, and PMs on large engagements.
Communicate risks and articulate technical recommendations to customers.
