Job summary

Fusion5 is seeking a Senior Functional Consultant to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations from discovery to go-live and adoption. You will connect business strategy, process improvement, and technology to deliver practical outcomes that stand up in the real world.

We have a strong track record and are part of the Microsoft Inner Circle, contributing to strategy and partner ecosystems. You will shape solutions, mentor teams, and drive value for clients across projects.

Qualifications

5+ years' experience in functional consulting, CRM, enterprise applications, or digital transformation.
Strong Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement experience, with design/configure/advice across core processes.
Confidence facilitating senior stakeholder workshops and turning ambiguity into clear direction.
Commercial awareness including scope management, value alignment, and risk-based decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead client engagements with confidence, structure, and commercial awareness.
Guide stakeholders through discovery, design, delivery, and adoption with focus on value and accountability.
Lead discovery and design workshops to uncover business needs and define functional outcomes.
Translate requirements into Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
Own functional workstreams across configuration, testing, training, adoption, and go-live readiness.
Mentor consultants and lift capability and confidence of the wider team.
