Job summary

Fusion5 is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to lead complex Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform implementations. You’ll shape technical direction, mentor consultants, and own outcomes across the full project lifecycle—from design and hands-on development to integration and ongoing support.

You’ll work across enterprise-scale engagements, translating business needs into robust, scalable solutions while maintaining high engineering standards and strong customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Deep technical capability across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Dataverse, including plugin assemblies and extensibility patterns.
• Strong Power Platform experience across model-driven apps, Canvas Apps, Power Pages and Dataverse.
• Proven Microsoft development experience using .NET, C#, SQL and related integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and development of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions that are practical and scalable.
• Run technical workshops with customers and project teams to bring structure and direction to complex requirements.
• Design, build, test, and deploy solutions with focus on engineering quality, maintainability and long-term supportability.
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with architects, consultants, developers, testers and PMs to deliver large or technically demanding engagements.
• Communicate clearly with customers at all levels, call out risks early, and take accountability for technical recommendations and outcomes.
