Job summary

Reo Group is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE engagements in New Zealand. You will drive functional decisions, steer consulting teams and ensure the customer outcomes are achieved.

You will collaborate with project managers, architects and developers, shape delivery approaches, and explore Power Platform and Copilot opportunities to enhance solutions and team capabilities across large enterprise CRM programmes.

Qualifications

• Extensive client-facing consulting experience on Dynamics 365 CE projects.
• Proven track record leading enterprise-scale deployments.
• Relevant tertiary qualification and Dynamics 365 CE certifications.

Responsibilities

• Set functional direction for enterprise CRM programmes.
• Clarify priorities with sponsors and explain consequences.
• Translate project plan into consulting workstreams with PM.
• Guide functional design across D365 CE apps with specialist input.
• Review solutions and resolve issues affecting acceptance.
• Coach colleagues and build independent consulting capability.
• Bring architects, developers and specialists together for decisions.
• Improve consulting methods and knowledge resources.
• Contribute to estimates and client presentations.
• Identify uses for Power Platform, Copilot and AI in solutions.
