Job summary

The Ministry of Justice - New Zealand is seeking a Senior Advisor to join the Digital Performance team for a 9-month secondment or fixed-term basis. You will work across Digital to improve planning, reporting, coordination and management of key business processes, providing practical advice and insights to enable better decision-making.

In this role you will turn information into clear actions, build strong relationships across Digital and the wider Ministry, and support delivery of initiatives

Qualifications

• Senior advisory experience in a large organisation.
• Turn complex information into clear advice and reporting.
• Build strong relationships across teams and stakeholder groups.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate work across competing priorities.
• Commitment to te Tiriti o Waitangi.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve operational processes across Digital.
• Prepare reporting, insights and analysis to support decision making.
• Coordinate Digital input into briefings, Official Information Act requests and other key documents.
• Build strong relationships with teams across Digital and the wider Ministry.
• Help deliver initiatives that improve how Digital works.
