Job summary
Stantec is seeking a Design Manager for Data Centres in New Zealand to lead engineering delivery on complex data centre projects. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, plan technical work, and ensure projects meet time, budget and quality targets.
The role requires a Chartered Engineer or equivalent, a tertiary engineering qualification, and a strong track record in data centres or similar high-complexity builds in a professional services or construction setting.

- 5+ years experience delivering engineering projects.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in professional services or construction.
- Proven track record delivering data centre or similarly complex builds.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery and planning for data centre projects.
- Coordinate internal and external teams to meet budget, schedule and quality.
- Oversee quality reviews, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
- Contribute to proposals, bid development and client relationships.
