Job summary

Westpac New Zealand is seeking a senior Technical Delivery Lead to guide the Contact Centre Technology squad, blending service ownership with delivery leadership and hands-on technical direction across Dynamics 365 and platform integration.

You will manage squad priorities, roadmap and day-to-day delivery, collaborating with stakeholders, engineers and vendors to ensure stability, governance and alignment to customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong technology delivery, service ownership or engineering leadership experience.
• Contact centre domain knowledge and Microsoft Dynamics 365 development experience.
• Ability to lead technical direction across architecture, integration, automation, reliability and production support.
• Confidence managing risk, compliance, incidents, vendors, stakeholders and operational resilience in a regulated environment.
• A collaborative leadership style, with the ability to coach engineers, simplify complexity and drive practical outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead squad priorities, roadmap, backlog, and day-to-day delivery across run and change.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineers, vendors and Technology leaders to ensure stability and governance.
• Ensure contact centre services are secure, compliant and aligned to customer outcomes.
