Job summary

Slalom NZ is seeking a Senior Engineer, Data to design and deliver modern data solutions across AWS, Azure and GCP. You will help define cloud data strategy, build scalable data foundations, and enable real-time insights using streaming and ML-oriented approaches.

You are a self-starter with hands-on experience in data architecture, modern platforms like Snowflake and Databricks, and a mindset for continuous learning and teamwork within our NZ office.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with modern data platforms and architectures.
• Strong knowledge of cloud data services across AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Familiarity with data governance, DataOps, and data quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver data solutions on cloud platforms for clients.
• Collaborate on cloud data strategy and implementation roadmaps.
• Support pre-sales activities and contribute to data community at Slalom.
