Job summary
PwC NZ is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Data team in Pōneke / Wellington or Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland. You will design, build and optimise scalable data platforms and pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Fabric, Databricks and Snowflake to deliver trusted, analytics-ready data for clients.

Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in Data Engineering, Data & Analytics, Technology Consulting, or related field.
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data.
- Experience contributing to cloud modernisation or data platform initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients and project teams to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
- Design and deploy data platforms and pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake.
- Develop robust ETL/ELT processes for multi-source data.
- Build SQL, Python, and Spark solutions for analysis, automation and performance.
- Apply CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code to data projects.
- Collaborate across data, analytics, risk and technology teams to deliver outcomes.
