PwC New Zealand invites applications for a Senior Analyst to join our Data team in Wellington or Auckland. You’ll combine data engineering, analysis and stakeholder engagement to deliver modern cloud-based data platforms that create trusted, analytics-ready data and real business value.

You’ll partner with clients and project teams to translate requirements into scalable data solutions using Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks and Snowflake.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Data Engineering, Data & Analytics, or Technology Consulting.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience designing and delivering modern data solutions on cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
• Design, build and deploy modern data platforms and pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Fabric, Databricks and Snowflake.
• Develop robust ETL/ELT processes transforming data from multiple sources.
• Build SQL, Python and Spark solutions for analysis, automation and performance.
• Apply CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code to deployments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data insights into business outcomes.
