Qualifications

• Strong customer service and leadership experience in a branch/trade environment.
• Experience with drainage or water retic systems is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage stock, invoicing and banking processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-line customer service and drive solution-selling.
• Provide operational cover for the Branch Manager when away.
• Manage customer advice, quotes, orders and long-term relationships.
