Icare Medical Group is seeking an experienced credit controller to manage our receivables and strengthen cash flow across multiple NZ entities. The role is office-based with flexibility, offering 30–40 hours per week.

You will own the full credit control function, handle overdue balances, and work with internal teams to resolve disputes. Strong Excel skills and ERP experience are essential, with room to grow as the team expands.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in credit control with proven reduction of debtor days
• Experience managing receivables across multiple entities
• Confident in phone conversations and negotiations
• Strong Excel and bank reconciliation skills
• Experience with ERP systems across currencies is a plus
• Willingness to study accounting qualifications

Responsabilités

• Manage debtor ledgers end to end and chase overdue accounts by phone and email
• Resolve disputes and negotiate payment arrangements
• Maintain accurate notes and aged debtor reporting
• Allocate customer payments and reconcile bank statements
• Support day-to-day cash management and cash flow reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams to address causes of late payments
• Escalate accounts and work with collection agencies when needed
• Identify process improvements to reduce debtor days
