A-Line is seeking a senior Construction Manager to take full ownership of multiple commercial projects—programme, budget, quality, team performance and client outcomes.

Based in Northland or Auckland, this hands-on leadership role focuses on programming and contract administration (NZS3910 or similar) while coaching high-performing teams; Procore capability and strong commercial awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience running multiple commercial projects concurrently, across stages and regions, delivering on time and within scope.
• Strong programmer able to control overall construction flow while understanding details impacting delivery.
• Big-picture view of pipeline, collaborating with Sales and Pre-Con for steady workload.
