• Experience with contract administration and commercial negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Leading the commercial function across the project from award to completion.
• Providing commercial advice to project leadership teams.
• Managing contract administration, commercial risk, and compliance.
• Reviewing subcontractor and supplier agreements.
• Supporting procurement strategies and commercial negotiations.
• Overseeing project reporting, forecasting, cost control, and financial performance.
• Preparing variations, claims, and commercial correspondence.
• Driving project controls and continuous improvement.
