Job summary

Kiwibank is seeking a Change Risk Enablement Manager in Wellington, NZ, to lead independent Line 2 oversight of risks arising from change. You will review and improve the Delivered Risk Assessment (DRA) methodology, processes and tools, delivering practical, proportionate risk approaches across transformation efforts.

Working across Transformation, Delivery, Technology and risk teams, you will establish standards, enhance governance and reporting, and embed a sustainable risk management

Qualifications

A proven track record in operational risk, change risk, transformation risk, compliance or a related discipline, ideally with at least seven years’ experience
Depth of understanding in change assessment methodologies and enterprise change governance
Expertise in developing, improving and embedding risk methodologies, processes and governance

Responsibilities

Lead Kiwibank’s independent Line 2 oversight of risks arising from change
Review and improve Delivered Risk Assessment (DRA) methodology, process and tools
Establish clear standards, improve governance and reporting across transformation and change activity
Provide insights from assessments, incidents and outcomes to identify themes and risks
