Job summary

Kiwibank is seeking a Senior Manager to shape Technology and Digital Risk across the organisation. You will drive independent risk views, lead governance across technology, cyber, data, AI and resilience, and influence executive decision-making to ensure safe innovation and strong customer outcomes.

You will partner with Privacy, Compliance, Enterprise Risk and other specialist areas to translate risk into actionable insights, reporting, and constructive challenge for the Board and leadership.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of technology risk, cyber risk, data risk and AI governance.
• Ability to form independent views across interconnected risk domains.
• Evidence-based challenge across risk profiles, governance and incidents.
• Strong judgement and stakeholder influence in complex environments.
