Job summary

Kiwibank is seeking a Change Risk Enablement Manager for a 12 month fixed-term contract. You will lead independent Line 2 risk oversight for changes, review and improve the Delivered Risk Assessment, and establish governance and reporting standards across transformation initiatives.

You will work across Transformation, Delivery, Technology and risk teams to embed a practical, proportionate risk approach and deliver insights that strengthen monitoring and governance.

Qualifications

Seven years’ experience in operational, change, transformation risk or related disciplines.
Depth of understanding in change assessment methodologies and governance.
Ability to develop, embed and improve risk methodologies and supporting tools.

Responsibilities

Lead review and improvement of Delivered Risk Assessment (DRA) methodology and tools.
Establish clear standards, governance and reporting across transformation and change activity.
Build capability and embed a sustainable risk management approach.
Synthesize insights from assessments, incidents and post-implementation outcomes to identify themes and risks.
Collaborate with Transformation, Delivery, Technology and risk teams to enable effective risk management.
