Job summary

Comspek International is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to help deliver a key digital initiative enabling customers to purchase products online from quote through payment. You will work with Product Owners, delivery teams and stakeholders to shape requirements, define customer journeys and drive Agile delivery.

The role requires strong Agile BA experience, backlog management, user story creation, and excellent stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

Strong Agile BA experience with backlog management and user story creation.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
Proven ability to define requirements and acceptance criteria.
Experience delivering digital products and customer-facing online journeys.
Comfortable in ambiguous environments and bringing clarity to complex initiatives.

Responsibilities
