Qualifications

Responsibilities

The Opportunity We are seeking a capable Senior Business Analyst for a permanent position within the digital delivery team of a large-scale enterprise organisation. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding the implementation of strategic digital initiatives that align with the organisation's wider goals. This role requires a senior professional who can reliably take ownership of complex projects, facilitating seamless communication between business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops to gather and refine requirements for high-priority projects, translating business needs into clear technical specifications.
• Map current and future state business processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing fit-for-purpose methodologies.
• Guide Agile practices to ensure the successful delivery of user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
• Act as a conduit between business and technical domains, collaborating with key leaders and supporting change management initiatives.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to Business Analysts, fostering a collaborative and professional team culture.

Skills And Experience Required

• Senior-level Business Analysis experience, with a proven track record of supporting improvement initiatives across large, cross-functional teams.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile and Lean delivery methodologies, with the ability to support enterprise-level projects.
• Commercial experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM environments is highly advantageous.
• An IIBA Certification is mandatory; Agile certifications (e.g., AgileBA, ICAgile) are highly preferred.
• Solid working knowledge of enterprise tools, including Asana, Miro, Microsoft Teams, and the broader MS Office Suite.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills, capable of presenting complex information effectively to executive-level stakeholders.
