Job summary

The role requires a senior professional capable of guiding cross-functional teams, mentoring analysts, and ensuring successful delivery within an enterprise context. Salesforce experience and IIBA certification are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Senior-level business analysis experience supporting improvement initiatives across large, cross-functional teams.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile and Lean delivery methodologies for enterprise projects.
• Commercial experience with Salesforce or similar CRM environments is highly advantageous.
• IIBA Certification is mandatory; Agile certifications are highly preferred.
• Proficiency with enterprise tools such as Asana, Miro, Microsoft Teams, and the MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops to gather and refine requirements for high-priority projects, translating business needs into clear technical specifications.
• Map current and future state business processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing fit-for-purpose methodologies.
• Guide Agile practices to ensure the successful delivery of user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
• Act as a conduit between business and technical domains, collaborating with key leaders and supporting change management initiatives.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to Business Analysts, fostering a collaborative and professional team culture.

Skills And Experience Required

• Senior-level Business Analysis experience, with a proven track record of supporting improvement initiatives across large, cross-functional teams.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile and Lean delivery methodologies, with the ability to support enterprise-level projects.
• Commercial experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM environments is highly advantageous.
