Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst, including coaching or mentoring others.
• Strong requirements elicitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience across full project lifecycle in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and requirements elicitation across key initiatives.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with diverse stakeholders to achieve shared outcomes.
• Support delivery through testing, implementation and adoption.
• Coach and mentor junior Business Analysts and promote best-practice analysis.
